A pair blonde wood, bedside cabinets circa late 1920s in curly birch with gilt bronze handles.

This very large pair of bedside cabinets are of immense quality.

Piano

A satin wood and walnut Monington and Western baby grand piano circa 1930.

The body of this piece is veneered in satin wood, with a walnut banding to the edges, unfortunatly we do not have the matching stool, The instrument is in perfect working order and has recently been restrung.

The body work has a very high piano finish and is ready to adorn your lounge

Pair of Console Tables

A pair of console tables, hand made circa 1928, to the specifications of the great designer/manufacturer Maurice Adams, whose work is on display in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
Maurice Adams Ltd was a relatively small designer/manufacturer, based at 6 Granville Place, Portman Square, London W1, which concentrated more on interior design for the rich and famous of the Art Deco period.
These console tables are beautiful examples of Adams' work in the late 1920's. Adams console tables are very rare to find indivdually and to find a pair is unbelievable. The wood employed is Australian walnut with black lacquer banding, a combination that works so well on these rare and superbly constructed pieces.

Longcase Clock

Circa 1930's. Modernist design. A very nice quality fine piece of furniture with an 8 day movement. French walnut veneer with modernist chrome fittings in the high Jazzy Art Deco Style. In good working order, it stands 180cm tall.
